jennyCoach Jenny Hadfield was born to teach, and her passion has helped countless people cross the finish line.

Jenny is the co-author of the best-selling Marathoning for Mortals, and the Running for Mortals book series. As a columnist for RunnersWorld.com and Women’s Running Magazine, Coach Jenny has trained thousands of runners and walkers like you with her training plans (below) and guidance.

She is perhaps best known among her long-time supporters for the “Ask Coach Jenny” brand, which empowers individuals of all experience levels to improve their running performance and train more effectively for their next event by asking specific questions and getting real answers.

For each event there are four training schedules available. There is a Run/Walk program for those who are new to running or have not worked out in a while, a Novice Run program, an Intermediate Run program and an Advanced Run program.
