Half Marathon – $60.00
Run Across Missouri Half Marathon – $65.00
7.7 Mile – $45.00
5K – $30.00
5K \ 7.7 Mile Re-RUN – 75.00
5K \ Half Marathon Re-RUN – $90.00
5K \ Run Across Missouri Half Marathon Re-RUN – $95.00

To help celebrate 45 years of running, the Hospital Hill Run is bringing back the 7.7 Mile event. Hospital Hill Run was founded in 1974 with a 6.8 Mile and 1 Mile run. In 1976, the event changed to a half marathon and 7.7 Mile Run. The unique event distance was created out of necessity based on where the course turned.

“As the oldest event in Kansas City and one of the oldest half marathons in the United States, the Hospital Hill Run has continued to cement its reputation as Missouri’s greatest road race,” said Beth Salinger, Race Director of the Hospital Hill Run. ”13.1 miles of Kansas City hills, running past iconic landmarks, including The Plaza and The Liberty Memorial, and a 16-minute per mile time limit, make the Hospital Hill Run the perfect experience for runners and walkers, locals and out-of-town participants.”

The 45th annual Hospital Hill Run Half Marathon starts and finishes on Grand Blvd. in front of Crown Center. The race will take participants on a tour of Kansas City, Missouri, including Hospital Hill, Brookside, the Plaza, Liberty Memorial, and the many hills for which Hospital Hill Run is famous.

The Hospital Hill Run is proudly sponsored by UMKC School of Medicine, Crown Center, Sun Life, Missouri Beef Council, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City.
